  • I will definitely be using Soo Many Baskets again! Great product options, ordering was a snap, delivery options were awesome & everything was delivered on time. Also, communications via email were on point with order confirmation, tracking, etc.

Arrived exactly when expected. Package was packed with ice but was completely gone when arrived( I will say we’ve had extremely hot weather), some of the chocolates were a bit melted but otherwise exactly as requested. Will use as a special gift in the future but will watch the time of year that we send chocolates. Thank you!

I was a little disappointed in the packaging. The original delivery the clasp was broke as well as one of the wine glasses. Additionally, considering they are 2 nice bottles of wine the plastic that I sits in with the 2 wine glasses is cheap. Doesn’t match the wine’s quality. There was not enough protection in the box. I was resent another box and one wine glass to protect the broken one. It was just sent. I never received a reply to my message acknowledging the issue. It was not going to be in time for the event, but luckily event was moved. I may/may not use the box.i may put a silk black fabric over the plastic to class it up a little.

I ordered this gift for my uncle who lives in Georgia and was celebrating his 93rd birthday. He enjoyed the champagne and he was very impressed by the packaging.
